Auto Loading Direct Drive Moving Die Rheometer
MD-3000-AS, built with automatic operation system, is a newly designed model of moving die rheometer. Allows up to 130 tests, this instrument can automatically conducts loading specimen, closing die and unloading specimen. MD-3000-AS is equpped with direct driven rotary (DDR) motor which can achieve a better precision of oscillation angle. With rotorless sealed biconical die system, the instrument features not only in fast heating and cooling, but also with precise temperature control in constant and variable temperature test. Overall, by combining the DFT software, DDR motor and high-speed digital signal processor (DSP) together, the measurment sensitivity is significantly enhanced.
